In line with the UNIRAZAK commitment to enhancing ODL and Edu-Tech University, the development of high-quality Self-Instructional Materials (SIM) is essential. One of the key components of effective SIM is the use of pre-recorded instructional videos, which support asynchronous learning and provide students with flexible access to content.

However, current practices indicate variability in video quality, instructional design, and engagement levels. Therefore, there is a need to equip tutors with the necessary pedagogical and technical skills to produce effective pre-recorded learning videos.
